      Abstract
      This study aims to analyze the Effect of Human Capital and Financial Capital on Landslide Disaster Management in Banjarnegara Regency. The subjects in this study were residents living in Sampang and Binangun Villages, Karangkobar District, Banjarnegara Regency. In this study the samples taken were as many as 100 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods used were survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The tools used in data processing and analysis are SPSS 16.0 for windows and Path Analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results obtained are that there are 3 independent variables that have a direct or indirect effect on the dependent variable. The factors that influence are; (1) Income variables and perspective variables of the importance of education affect disaster management positively and directly with unstandarized coefficients of 0.394 and 0.991, (2) Health variables affect disaster management positively and indirectly on society with unstandarized coefficients of 0.455.
