      Abstract
      Dynamics of development of information technology requires that practitioners of public relations for PR activities able to apply online or media-based known cyber public relations. This research analyzes about the implementation of cyber public relations via instagram account Hospital PKU Wonosobo. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of cyber public relations account via instagram PKU Hospital In the year 2017-2018 through Dawah efforts of health and build public awareness so that the creation of the image of the hospital. Research methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of cyber public relations PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo via instagram account in 2017-2018 transitional change from year to year, beginning with the existence of a special guide uploaded media content social scheduling form kalenderisasi, and categorization of content. This is done in an attempt to soft selling and building awareness as a form of implementation of health on the primary segmentation of da'wah, i.e. productive age group 18-30 years through the visualization of the content displayed and utilization features available. However, the implementation of cyber public relations PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo still require more in-depth analysis related media habits, characteristics of the target, and the category of content that is attractive to the public.
