      Abstract
      This study discusses of the Role of the NGO Anti-Slavery International in encouraging the Indian government to ratify two important conventions concerning child labor in the International Labor Organization In analyzing the efforts of these actors, this study uses the theory of Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN). This study has the hypothesis that the actor carried out two stages of effort namely Information Politics, How Anti-Slavery in providing understanding related to the issue of exploitation of child labor to the community, Leverage Politics namely how Anti-Slavery can bring up the issue of exploitation of child labor in India attention and support from actors who have the power and can influence internationally. Both of these are components carried out by advocacy networks to achieve a goal.
