Agent orange is a herbicide weapon used by the United States as one of the strategies in the Vietnam War. These weapons are carcinogens that endanger the human body if exposed to liquid herbicides directly. Until now, Vietnamese continue to fight against diseases that arise due to the existence of agent orange around their environment. Although the impact of this weapon is very large, it has not been seen the desire of the United States Government to be responsible for their actions. By using the theory of the Transnational Advocacy Network by Margaret Keck and Kathryn Sikkink, this paper seeks to explain the advocacy steps by the Masyarakat Sipil Global on the issue of victims of the Vietnam War exposed to the agent orange herbicide.
