This study aims to determine the investment costs and operational costs of dairy cattle business and analyze the feasibility of dairy cattle agribusiness in the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group, Glagaharjo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency. The study was conducted at the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group, Singlar Hamlet, Glagahharjo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency. The location of the study was carried out by purposive sampling, namely sampling with the consideration that this livestock group received dairy cow assistance in 2011 after the Merapi volcano eruption in 2010 and the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group was the only livestock group in Glagaharjo Village. Respondents in this study were the chairman and secretary and treasurer of the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group and 48 active farmer members from 69 members in the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group. Determination of respondents is done by cencus technique. The determination of respondents was based on consideration from the Chairperson of the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group. The results of this study show that the people's dairy cattle business in the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group was declared worthy. With the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) worth Rp 181,605,726. Net B / C values obtained by the value of 1.2. Gross B / C value obtained results worth 1.04. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) results obtained 12,34% greater than the discount rate (the prevailing bank interest rate) that is equal to 9%, and the Payback Period (PP) value obtained at 7.9 which means the dairy cattle business in Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group can return investment for 7 years 7 months.
