This research aims to investigate (1) the factors that influence dairy cow's milk production of breeders in Glagaharjo Village, (2) to find out the income of breeders. Location determination was used purposive sampling method. Sensus method in this research conducted by took 38 breeders. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, further test used F test and T test. The results of the analysis demonstrated that production factors have the significant influence on milk production. The average milk production of dairy cows in Glagaharjo Village is 508.75 liters / month / head. The results of multiple linear regression analysis appear that the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,876 It indicates that 87.6 percent of the variation in dairy cow production was influenced by variations in the amount of labor, forage, concentrate and water. The factors that influence dairy cow's milk production is forage, concentrate and water. The average income earned by breeders for a month was IDR 983.196 It caused by the breeders deposits their cow's milk twice a day, at morning and afternoon only. Hence, in a month the breeders can deposit ± 60 times and receive their earning of milk production.
