This research aims to describe small industry Griya Cokelat, know the cost, income and profit of cocoa products business, knowing the added value of cocoa products. This research is conducted in Griya Cokelat Nglanggeran in Nglangeran Village and is the only small industry that has the potential in cocoa processing as a variety of cocoa processed products. Sample as many as 5 people. The analyses used in this study are cost analysis, acceptance, income, profit, and value added. The results of this research show (1) Griya Cokelat Industry is a community-based industry developed by begin cocoa by the PKK Mothers (2) the highest acceptance, income, and profit results received from Chocobar product which is accept Rp. 12.096.000,- ,of income of Rp. 8.246.847,- , and profit of Rp. 8.193.272,-,,-(3) added value obtained from every 1 kilogram of raw material use in processing of several cocoa processed products is the large packaging chocobar of Rp. 1.868.209,- while the small packaging chocobar is Rp. 2.814.339,-.
