      Abstract
The research aims to determine the concentration of addition best growth regulators of BAP and NAA in inducing sengon tolerant rust tumors in vitro on MS medium. The research was conducted at Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Balai Besar Pengembangan Bioteknologi dan Pemuliaan Tanaman Hutan (BBPBPTH), Sleman, Yogyakarta in April to August 2017. The research used an experimental method was arranged in completely randomized block design (RAKL) with block treatment was type of clone arranged in the 3x3 + 1 control factorial treatment design. The first factor was concentration of BAP with three level they are 1 mg/l, 2 mg/l dan 3 mg/l. The second factor was concentration of NAA with three level they are 0,5 mg/l, 0,75 mg/l dan 1 mg/l, with using 1 control namely medium without the addition of growth regulator BAP dan NAA (MS0). Every treatment was repeated 6 times. The parameters observed were percentage of live explants, percentage of contaminated explants, number of shoots, shoot height increase, percentage of explants sprouting, percentage of callus, callus emergence time, number of leaves, number of roots and percentage of rooted explants. The results showed that in vitro regimenation of sengon (Falcataria moluccana) showed a positive response to the addition of growth regulator BAP and NAA. The concentration of BAP 1 mg/l, 2 mg/l, and 3 mg/l with NAA 0.50 mg/l, 0.75 mg/l, and 1.00 mg/l has not shown a significant effect on bud formation, roots and callus up to 30 days subculture.
