      Abstract
The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the costs, revenues, income, and profits from potato chip agroindustry in South Batur Village. 2) Knowing the feasibility of potato chip agroindustry in South Batur Village. The chosen respondents were residents of South Batur Village who routinely produced potato chips. The analytical method used to determine the feasibility of potato chip agroindustry is to calculate the value of R / C ratio, Capital Productivity, and Labor Productivity. Based on the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that the production costs in small-scale potato chip agroindustries are Rp. 29,068,620 and household scale of agroindustry amount to Rp. 7,937,354. The receipts obtained by small-scale agroindustry amount to Rp. 38,624,000 and household scale agroindustry receipts of Rp. 18,462,000. Small-scale potato chip agro-industry income of Rp. 10,708,605 while agroindustry income has a household scale of Rp. 10,696,501. The advantage of small-scale potato chip agroindustry is Rp. 9,555,379 while in household scale agroindustry Rp. 10,524,646. Based on the business feasibility analysis conducted by calculating the R / C ratio, labor productivity and agroindustry productivity of potato chips, both small scale and household scale are feasible to run.
