The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the costs, income, and profits of the ant sugar business in Kalipoh Village, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. 2) Analyzing the feasibility of an ant sugar business in Kalipoh Village, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. 3) Knowing the obstacles faced by the ant sugar industry in Kalipoh Village, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. The analytical method used to determine the feasibility of the business of ant sugar is to calculate the value of R/C, capital productivity, and labor productivity, as well as the BEP price and product BEP. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the production costs in the ant sugar business amounted to Rp1,254,071.00. Receipt obtained is in the amount of Rp1,591,584.00. The income is Rp1,591,584. The benefits of this ant sugar business are Rp. 384,289.00. Based on the business feasibility analysis carried out with the R / C, capital productivity, labor productivity, BEP price, and BEP products, the ant sugar business is feasible to run with R/C of 1.27. This means that every Rp1,000,000.00 costs incurred will generate revenues of Rp1,270,000.00.
