      Abstract
      The aim of the study is to determine the costs, benefits and to find out the feasibility of honey zalacca farming conducted by farmers in Bangunkerto Village, Turi Subdistrict, Sleman Regency. The chosen respondents were honey zalacca farmers in Bangunkerto Village which amounted 32 people. The analytical method used to determine the feasibility of honey zalacca farming is to calculate the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost ratio (B / C), Pay Back period. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the total investation cost for honey salak farming is Rp. 21.414.904,- and operational cost of Rp. 15.845.683,- with benefits obtained in the amount of Rp. 101,488,241,. based on the results of the feasibility analysis of farming conducted by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of, Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost ratio (B / C), the Pay Back period is feasible to run. The NPV value obtained is Rp. 6,704,126, - greater than 0, the IRR is 17.71% greater than the discount rate (prevailing interest rate), Net B / C of 1.27, the pay back period shows that honey salak farming in Bangunkerto Village can return investment for 7,9 years.
