| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Infeksi luka operasi (ILO) merupakan infeksi yang terjadi pada pasien paska pembedahan. kejadian ILO rumah sakit di Indonesia sebanyak 55,1%. Faktor kejadian ILO dari pasien misalnya DM, obesitas, malnutrsi berat serta faktor lokasi luka sedangkan faktor operasi misalnya lama operasi serta prosedur operasi. luka operasi dikatakan terinfeksi apabila luka tersebut mengeluarkan nanah atau pus serta mengalami tanda-tanda inflamasi.
Tujuan: Mengetahui angka ILO di Bangsal Bedah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul.
Metode: Observasional deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah metode accidental sampling. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 288 populasi dan 44 responden sebagai sampel penelitian.
Hasil: Rata-rata responden berumur 36-45 tahun (36%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (72%). Sebanyak 26 responden mempunyai penyakit penyerta meliputi DM (27%), hipertensi (18%) dan stroke (13%). Responden yang mendapatkan lama operasi kurang dari 2 jam sebanyak 25 responden (56%).
Infeksi ringan sebanyak 22 pasien (45%), infeksi sedang sebanyak 14 pasien (31%), tidak ada infeksi sebanyak 7 pasien (15%) dan infeksi berat sebanyak 3 pasien (6%).
Kesimpulan: Infeksi ringan sebanyak 20 pasien, infeksi sedang sebanyak 14 pasien, tidak ada infeksi sebanyak 7 dan infeksi berat sebanyak 3 pasien | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Surgical site infections (SSI) is an infection that occurs in patients after surgery. SSI incidence of hospital in Indonesia as much as 55.1%. Factors SSI incidence of patients eg diabetes, obesity, weight and location factors malnutrsi injury while operating factors such as their length as well as the operation of the surgical procedure. surgical wound infection when the wound secrete pus as well as experiencing the signs of inflammation.

Purpose: Knowing the SSI figures in the Surgical Ward PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul.
Methods: Observational descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling method. Total population in this study population and 44 288 respondents as samples.
Result: On average the respondents age 36-45 years (36%), male gender (72%). A total of 26 respondents have comorbidities include diabetes mellitus (27%), hypertension (18%) and stroke (13%). Respondents who get less operating time of 2 hours at 25 respondents (56%).
Mild infections were 20 patients (45%), infections were as many as 14 patients (31%), not infection of 7 (15%) and severe infection of 3 patients (6%).
