The waste of the Madukismo Sugar Factory in each production produces waste that has positive and negative impacts. This study aims to determine the existence of pollution and utilization waste of Maduksimo Sugar Factory, understanding the attitude of farmers to the Maduksimo Sugar Factory, knowing the relationship the factors that influence the farmer’s attitude to the waste of Maduksimo Sugar Factory. The research location was around of Madukismo Sugar Factory. The sample of this research was 78 farmers. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, performance score, and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed: Maduksimo Sugar Factory caused pollution but have benefits for farmers. The attitude of farmers to Maduksimo Sugar Factory waste is included in the good category, but the cognitive attitude of farmers to Madukismo Sugar Factory waste is included in the category of not knowing, and farmers feel that there is no problem with existing pollution and like the utilization of Madukismo Sugar Factory Waste. The conative attitude of farmers is also included in the category of interest. The factors that influence farmers' attitudes towards Sugar Factory Maduksimo waste are cognitive attitudes, including age, land area, recent education, farming experience and land location. In affective attitudes, the influential factors are farming experience and land location. Whereas the conative attitude influences only the location of the land.
