Rubber farming is mostly done in several villages in Batang Asam sub-district, one of them is Lubuk Bernai village. However, farming productivity of rubber plantations is not proportional to the land area owned. The purpose of this research is to describe the knowledge, evaluation and application of farmers in the cultivation of rubber plants. Location determination using purposive sampling technique, because Lubuk Bernai village has the most extensive rubber plantation area compared to other villages. Determination of respondents using census techniques is all rubber farmers who are members of the Sido Rukun farmer group as many as 40 respondents. The result of this research showed the level of knowledge of farmers had an average in the know category 82% dan did not know 18%. This is because rubber farmers at the time of nursery and maintenance of rubber plants need costs that are burdensome to farmers so that rubber cultivation is not optimal. The level of evaluation of rubber farmers has an average category of agreement of 82,37% farmers and disagrees at 5,63% farmers. This is because rubber farmers have a greater desire to improve rubber farming, so that they get maximum results and do rubber cultivation as recommended. The level of behavior of farmers in rubber cultivation in Lubuk Bernai Village is categorized as fairly enough.
