      Abstract
      Background: Pregnancy is a natural and normal state that occurs in women. This is indicated by the presence of a fetus in the womb of the mother who will become the next offspring. During pregnancy the husband has an indispensable role of support. The form of husband's support is not enough in terms of economic finance alone, but also related to decision making, regarding geographical accessibility to health care facilities, and utilizing health service facilities. Research Objectives:. To find out how women's perceptions of husband's support during pregnancy Methodology: This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using a crosssectional approach because in this study only done once at a time. Result: Characteristics of 94 respondents obtained based on age susceptibility, the majority of respondents had an age range of 26-35 years as many as 57 people (60.6%); Results Female perceptions of husband's support, most of them had good perceptions, as many as 66 people (70.2%); Regarding women's perceptions of husband's involvement in decision making, most have good perceptions, namely as many as 73 people (77.7%); regarding women's perceptions of husband's support regarding accessibility geographically in health care facilities, most of them have perceptions with a good category of 70 people (74.5%); regarding women's perceptions of husband's decisions regarding economic accessibility, most have perceptions with a moderate category of 68 people (72.3%); regarding women's perceptions of husband's support in utilizing health service facilities, most of them had good perceptions of 91 people (96.8%). Conclusion: Women's perceptions related to decision making, regarding geographical accessibility to health care facilities, and utilizing health service facilities are all in good categories except for economic support in the medium category.
