      Abstract
      Background: Disabled children or children with special needs are children with physical impairments in terms of body function, body structure and body size, these features can also be referred to in the category of physical disability. Disabled children are included in the group of vulnerable diseases. Health problems are not much different from children in general. One of them is a lack of problems or increased food intake. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine food intake for the nutritional status of disabled children in SLB N 1 Bantul. Method: This study was described by a cross-sectional approach of 40 disabled children who were willing to participate in the study using random samples using the total sampling method. Get this data using the food record questionnaire. This investigation was conducted in April 2019 at SLB N 1 Bantul. Results: The results of this study indicate that most children with disabilities have normal nutritional status 21 (52.5%). Most of the respondents in this study were women. The most consumed food intake is 441.7 carbohydrates, while the lowest vitamin is 0.27. Conclusion: Most students with disabilities in SLB have good nutritional status. There is a correlation between protein intake and vitamins and nutritional status
