      Abstract
      The building has several function as a place for people to do a lot of activity such as social function, religious activity, education relate activity, health activity and a lot of other activity. This building will be having some problem with the structure or even the architecture. The problem with structure of the building is a very tisky problem especially it the cause is an earthquake. In some aspect, earthquake become an important consideration when it comes to planning towards the building that would be built. The earthquake that happen to be in the of three main direction whish consist of two horizontal direction and a vertical direction. STERA_3D programs could process the three of them so that it will produce the correlation chart between base shear-top drift, orbit of displacement chart, Maximum Inter-story Drift chart, and pushover analysis chart. The data input of earthquake is in the form of El Centro, Kobe, and Parkfield time history and being match with the response spektrum in Yogyakarta using the seismomatch application. The result from Shear Redudancy Factor Obtained by value for building With additional loads Masonry Sevalue 6.94 and without Masonry Sevalue 7,09 and with seven story building.
