      Abstract
      New Yogyakarta International Airport development project did fastly for accomplish the target finished on September 2019. With time shortly, the risk of accident is very high. So that, it needed risk of accident analysis to know rsk of potential that it might happen. The purpose from this research is to know the implementation SMK3 in PT XY and for to know job accident in fill job. Data collection method in this research used qualitative method. Data collection method is primary data and secondary data which the primary data is the face-to-face interview an questionnaire, field documentation, and observation. For secondary data taken from related institution. The component ehich excamine in SMK3 implementation from the company, employear’s opinion about job accident risk and the condition in project during observation. This research produced the conclution of the implementation SMK3 in company is good. PT XY have been given effort to implement SMK3 starting from providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Assembly prohibition and warning signal, doing field’s regular inspection everyday. The result from the job accident risk analysis on fill job has average 6,17 (medium level category). The average value for each sub-job is obtained by the average value of the hauling work 6,34 (medium), dumping work (medium), measurement work 7,93 (medium), overlay work 5,38 (medium), and compaction work 5,13 (medium).
