      Abstract
      Basically, a company will produce a product or service that meets customer satisfaction in accordance with standards, able to compete with prices and provide good profits for the company. All of this can be achieved through or by implementing a quality management system within the company. The quality management system manages all company activities such as engineering, administration and human factors that affect the quality of the products or services produced. Increasing the quality of products / services for goods is increasing because of open free trade in the era of globalization. because it has become mandatory in improving the quality of production / services to win the competition between manufacturing companies. Then this study is intended to evaluate the implementation of quality management in ready-mix concrete companies (readymix) in Yogyakarta in terms of direct field observations, interviews, company work manuals (manual books) combined with existing quality management systems, in conducting research, this research using 2 data namely primary and secondary data. . Primary data in the form of observational data and interviews then for secondary data obtained from company documents. The data obtained will then be processed using statistical analysis. The results of this study, namely on the element of material analysis and service provision, get a value of 7.36, in the control element of equipment and the value of 8, the monitoring element and product measurement get a value of 9.4, at planning the realization of the product gets reason 10, on the process elements related to customers getting reason 8.3.
