In this case the DIY local government plans to establish the Yogyakarta Urban Development Planning Information Center Building and Strategic Area (Jogja Planning Gallery) as an information center or institution that is expected to provide information on urban development planning in Yogyakarta both past, present and future. In this study, we will examine the plan for parking space requirements at the Jogja Planning Gallery using a comparison of buildings or similar places, the researcher uses the Yogyakarta Tourism Office and Taman Budaya Yogyakarta as a comparison. The purpose of this study is to obtain parking characteristic values at the Yogyakarta Tourism Office and Taman Budaya Yogyakarta as a comparison of the amount of parking capacity that needs to be provided by Jogja Planning Gallery, as well as to obtain parking space requirements needed by Jogja Planning Gallery, and evaluate the adequacy of Jogja Planning Gallery. The method used in this study is a comparison method where data obtained from the Yogyakarta Tourism Office and Yogyakarta Cultural Park are used as a comparison to determine the parking characteristics of the Jogja Planning Gallery. The results obtained from the parking requirements analysis on the development plan of the Jogja Planning Gallery, namely the maximum parking accumulation at the Yogyakarta Tourism Office for cars 15/15 minutes and for motorcycles 95/15 minutes. While the maximum parking accumulation in Taman Budaya Yogyakarta for cars 41/15 minutes and for motorcycles 330/15 minutes. While the maximum parking accumulation in Jogja Planning Gallery for 29 vehicles and for 146 vehicles. While the availability of parking spaces in Jogja Planning Gallery for 320 vehicles and 1781 vehicles, so it can be concluded that the parking area of cars and motorcycles can still accommodate incoming vehicles
