      Abstract
Yogyakarta–Barongan (Imogiri) Street located in the Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta is one of the provincial roads which functions as a primary collector road with a high level of traffic loads. The decrease in road performance is indicated by physical damage to some pavement surfaces. Overlay treatment is the best choice to improve road performance, because in terms of functionality it can provide comfort for the users to drive by creating a smoother and flat pavement surface. On the other hand, from structural point of view, overlay treatment can increase the strength of road pavement, which can prevent serious damage in the future. The data analysis method in this study is rebound deflection method using Benkelman Beam tool by referring to the Pd T-05-2005-B guidelines, issued by the Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga under the auspices of the Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Based on analysis data results and calculations that have been done, rebound deflection value which represent the condition of pavement structure (Drepresentative) for segment I (Sta. 7+000 – Sta. 7+500), segment II (Sta. 7+600 – Sta. 8+400) and segment III (Sta. 8+500 – Sta. 9+000) were 0,834817 mm, 0,747598 mm and 0,933085 mm. Therefore, the recommended overlay for segment I is 5 cm, segment II is 4 cm and segment III is 7 cm, with the type of overlay layer is Asphalt Concrete (AC-BC) which has a value for Modulus Resilient (MR) of 2000 MPa and Marshall Stability of 800 Kg.
