      Abstract
Indonesia located between the Eurasian, Indoaustralian and Pacific plates, it's caused Indonesia to have frequently earthquake. Earthquakes was triggered by several case i.e volcanic, tectonic and seismic activity. The study was conducted by modeling 3D structure with the open frame model, exterior shear wall, core wall, and other combination shear wall to be compared under analysis dynamic response spectrum using software SAP2000. The results of the analysis are base shear forces, displacement and the relative displacement used to control the performance of the structural behavior and the level of structural performance. Nominal base shear force due to maximum spectrum response gained from open frame structure with X projection value of 63411,1 kN and for the Y projection of 64381,8 kN, the results of the maximum relative displacement, for each floor structure under response spectrum occurs in the core wall with X projection are 0.903 mm and 0.87 mm. Performance and displacement of the structure not exceed the serviceability threshold required on SNI 1726 : 2012 ( Δi 0.007hx).
