      Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has high level of disaster vulnerability based on its geographical conditions. The disasters that occur on the road can make inconventient and unsafe driving. This study aims to increase awareness of road users on Srandakan Street, Bantul though making a multi disaster-prone tentative map based on GIS, which include floods, landslides, earthquakes, and subsidence, using ArcGIS software, and identify damage of roads visually. In making the tentative map the method used is landscape approach, scoring method, weighting and overlaying, meanwhile in assessment the damage of road used is the PCI method. PCI is carried out based on a flood that have effect on the road function, PCI is carried out at the sta. 2+680 until sta. 6+680. The result of this study indicates that Jalan Srandakan has low potential landslide disaster, medium potential flood and earthquake disaster, high potential for subsidace disaster with an average PCI value of 84.87on a review of potential floods which indicates very gool road conditions.
