      Abstract
      This research aims to analyze that Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Labor Absorption In Middle Java Province (Case Study Regency/City in Middle Java Province Period 2010-2017). The Subject of this research were all city in Middle Java Province. Data used in the research were secondary data about Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRP), Minimum wage, Inflation, and Human Development Index (HDI) which used time series data during period 2010-2017 from Central Institution Statistics with Eviews 7.0 and Eviews 8.0 software. Based on analysis, it may be concluded that the variable of GDRP gave positive and insignificant toward the labor absorption in Middle Java Province. The minimum wage gave positive and insignificant toward the labor absorption in Middle Java Province. The inflation variable gave negative and significant influence toward the labor absorption in Middle Java Province. While the Human Development Indext (HDI) gave positive and significant toward the labor absorption in Middle Java Province.
