      Abstract
      Daily activities, we cannot be separated from transportation as a mode of transfer from one place to another. But a lot of the impact of transportation is happening in our environment. Starting from congestion that can cause accidents and air pollution from vehicle exhaust gas itself that can cause disease for people in the surrounding environment. To overcome the transportation problems that occur, it is necessary to have sustainable transportation that is more environmentally friendly in order to reduce the conditions that occur. One of the most effective sustainable transportation to be implemented in campus is bicycle. By cycling will reduce the level of congestion and will reduce air pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions. This study discusses and designs bicycle lanes at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The benefits of this research can be a consideration and reference for implementing bicycle lanes in the UMY campus environment. The selection of bicycle routes in this study by taking sample questionnaires from students, lecturers, and staff in the campus environment. Besides multi-criteria weighting which consists of the value of the level of road services and emissions that occur on the UMY road segment. From the results of the questionnaire consisting of 100 respondents, 80 respondents chose the route to follow the path of UMY and 18 respondents chose the main gate route - the twin-rear buildings of the f3-futsal field-student center-main gate. While 2 respondents did not vote. And for road services, the average B value is obtained with good service levels. And for vehicle emissions there is the highest on road 1. Which means that the greater the volume of vehicles, the pollutant emissions produced will increase
