      Abstract
      DIY is one of the province that having many destination places, and this is getting used by entrepreneur to develop their business in Yogyakarta, one of them is Tempo Gelato. Because of that building a business place must be on a strategic, easy acces and large parking area so the visitor not causing a traffic problem. This research used a four step model approach (trip generation and trip attraction, trip distribution) with comparing a outlet that have many similiarity with Tempo Gelato. Analysis is doing with count the vehicles that come and out, peak hour, total vehicles, percentage of type vehicles, the growth of the vehicle at intersection that affect origin-destination 5 years to come, vehicle distribution, and traffic assignment. Result at Tempo Gelato Taman Siswa Street get the result trip generation and trip attraction at Tempo Gelato Restaurant Taman Siswa Street is 81 vehicle/hour, and 72 vehicle/hour. Trip distribution 5 years that will be coming in 2023 with vehicle increase growth rate each year is 5%. Mode choice 541 vehicle/hour. Traffic assignment at four direction signalized intersection at Taman Siswa Street from north to east is 7.522%, north to south is 15.671%, and north to west is 7.734%.
