      Abstract
The structure that affects building construction is concrete. Many researchers are replacing concrete mixtures with materials produced from waste, such as tire waste, plastic waste, and others. The use of concrete mixtures using used tire waste is intended to reduce and limit the systematic destruction of nature. This study applies the use of tire rubber waste as a fine aggregate substitute to obtain the results of flexural strength with variations in rubber tire crumb 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% in fc '35 MPa and fc' 17 MPa concrete. The results showed that the beam flexural strength with used rubber rubber shavings was 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% respectively for 35 MPa concrete was 4.721 MPa, 4.702 MPa, 3.784 MPa, 2.735 MPa, 2,449 MPa. While for the 17 MPa concrete is 4.112 MPa, 2.306 MPa, 2.054 MPa, 1,800 MPa, 1.003 MPa. Based on the flexural strength analysis of fc '35 MPa and fc' 17 MPa quality concrete it can be said that the use of tire rubber shavings as a substitute for fine aggregates can be used but better if used on fc '35 MPa quality with a variation of 5% rubber tire crumb.
