      Abstract
      Kontes Mobil Hemat Energi (KMHE) is a national car competition held by RISTEKDIKTI. This competition participated by student from high education institutions with their car that oriented to the efficiency of vehicle energy. The energy sources used in this competition are gasoline, ethanol, diesel, and electricity and there are two categories that are prototype and urban concept.The prototype category with electrical energy sources was chosen in this project. Autodesk Inventor 2017 software was used for designing and stress analysing chassis of Lingsar Proto 3 and the body was designed using Autodesk Fusion software. Autodesk Flow Design software was used for aerodynamic analysis. First step in design is chassis design and analysis stress with 95 kg weight assumption. The second system streering and breaking system, drive and driven wheel designed inside the body to reduce the drag force from air when the car is driven. And the last is body aerodynamic analysis and assembly of Lingsar Proto. The chassis material is using 40 x 20 mm and 30 x 20 mm alluminium 6061 rectangular hollow with thickness 1,5 mm. The body material is using fiberglass and lantor coremat. The result of chassis stress analysis are minimum von mises stress 0 Mpa and maximum von mises stress 162,1 MPA. The value of minimum equivalent strain is 0, while the maximum equivalent strain 0,002121. The maximum displacement is 1,31 mm with safety factor minimum 1,7. The drag force from aerodynamic analysis is 1,301 N with maximum pressure around the body is 71,970 Pa, and the value of coefficient of drag is 0,06. The result of assembly part and body, Lingsar Proto 3 have length 2560 mm, wide 800 mm, and high 670 mm with the maximum of speed is 35 km/hours. The wieght of Lingsar Proto 3 is 45 kg without driver.
