      Abstract
      Coconut meat has a fairly good nutritional composition and has an erratic texture, depending on the age of the coconut fruit. Coconut meat is widely used by restaurants, restaurants, bakeries, and beverage industries. Therefore consistency in determining the thickness and texture of coconuts is very important. From these problems an effective solution arises by making a Coconut Fruit Meat Thickness Detection System. This system is based on ATMega 64 and uses a sound sensor with a condenser mic transducer. This tool works by detecting the frequency found in coconuts when the coconut fruit is tapped. From the results of testing the maximum frequency value of a fleshy coconut with a thickness of 250Hz and a minimum value of thin flesh of coconut flesh of 70Hz The middle value between thick and thin coconut meat is 120Hz.
