      Abstract
      Use of Induction Motor in the production process at PT. Madu Baru is needed as a driving force, the constraints of using an induction motor are one of them is the start, this is very large, therefore a starter is needed to overcome the surrounding production equipment and induction motor. itself. The motor used here is the Motor Hammer Mill with a capacity of 95 KW / 125 HP. The method used for the use of the motorbike is Star - Delta starter. From the results of this calculation, the results obtained include: IL (Y) = 93,896 A, IL (Δ) = 280.9 A p = 2 (number of pole), IL full load = 107.7 A, IL without load = 332.5 A, MCCB = 252 A, and rating Thermal Over Load = 193 A.
