      Abstract
      Distribution Network of Medium Voltage Air Systems on Sanggrahan Feeders 10 which often experience temporary disturbances due to touch during rain / wind, animals which result in overcurrent safety working. Before the recloser is inserted back, it must look for the side that is disturbed and repaired. If a temporary disturbance at the site of the disturbance is restored and the location of the disturbance is not found. Recloser is used to overcome temporary disturbances. Recloser serves to secure and minimize the interference that occurs to the tip in Penyanggrahan 10. Recloser works almost the same as the circuit breaker equipped with equipment that can close back automatically after opening and closing again. At Sanggrahan 10, the recloser of the first and second opening times is set to instantaneous, so if there is a disturbance, the other protection does not work and does not provide a FCO opportunity to break. Then set inverse time to let the main relay work first to detect the interference that occurs. If the recloser temporary interference opens and closes again so that it does not experience blackouts until the end. If the disturbance is permanent, the recloser will open and lock (lock out). The recloser is set to still work for the smallest fault currents on the Respondent Binder 10 and may not work for maximum fault current because it will interfere with existing protection performance. The benefits of using the recloser, if there is a temporary disruption to avoid finding the location of a disturbance that is difficult to find.
