      Abstract
Source of electrical energy PLN cannot always distribute electrical energy continuously due to interference. Therefore, an alternative electrical energy source and ATS-AMF panel are needed as automatic control of electrical energy sources. This panel has two main functions: first, ATS System as the automatic transfer supplies the main electricity to the alternative electrical energy sources and vice versa. Second, AMF system functions as work control of alternative electrical energy sources. Errors in making electrical panels often occur, both at the design stage and at the assembly stage. This research provides a detailed description of the ATS-AMF panel design with the research subject of a printing building that has PLN 53 KVA subscription power. This research concludes that in determining an electrical panel design must be based on PUIL especially in Indonesia and must go through the correct and systematic stages, such as identification of technical data, design and panel circuit simulation, determination of panel components and the spesification, and the panel box design.
