      Abstract
      The research aims to examine the effect of sharia governance implementation on customer loyality. The research used purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple regression with SPSS 21. Testing the quality of the data used in this research is a classic assumption test, while the hypothesis testing used the t test analysis method. The results partial (t test) showed that the hypothesis 1 expressing that the transparency has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis 2 expressing that the accountability doesn't has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis 3 expressing that the responsibility has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis 4 expressing that the independency has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis 5 expressing that the fairness has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis 6 expressing that the shariah compliance has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty.
