This research aims to analyze the factors efficiency of BNI Syariah. The type of data used in this research was secondary data obtained from the Monetary Services Authority. The research method used Double Linear Regression Analysis. To see the factors efficiency of BNI Syariah, Operational Cost and Operational Income (BOPO) variable was used as dependent variable while Return On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as independent variable. The data sample used in this research was quarterly data time series in 2011 until 2018. The research result shows that ROA and CAR variables have negative and significant influence of BNI Syariah, while NPF variable has positive and significant influence of BNI Syariah.
