This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all of UMKM in Bantul Regency. The research sample used Simple Random Sampling. The questionnaire used as the data collection which has been tested the validity and the reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is Chi-Square test. The result showed, (1) the majority of respondents have knowledge (66%), and the ability of financial literacy (57%) in high level category, (2) There is no differences level of financial literacy of UMKM in Bantul Regency based on gender, (3) There is the difference level of financial literacy of UMKM in Bantul Regency based on age, (4) There is no differences level of financial literacy of UMKM in Bantul Regency based on lengthy of business, (5) There is the difference level of financial literacy of UMKM in Bantul Regency based on education, and (6) There is the differences level of financial literacy of UMKM in Bantul Regency based on profit.
