The objective of this research is to identify the perception and implementation of sex education on children of moslem family at at Manggong District Ngadirejo Sub-district Temanggung Regency, since there has been an increase on sexual deviation among teenagers at Manggong District Ngadirejo Sub-district Temanggung Regency. This research took the method of phenomology whose sample were taken through cluster sampling. The setting of the research was located at Manggong District Ngadirejo Sub-district Temanggung Regency. The subject of the research were moslem parents at Temanggung Regency with children aged from toddler to pre-teen and those of with normal condition (not those of with special needs). Data was compiled through documentation, observation and interview. Further, the data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. The research result indicated that parent’s perception on sex education on children at Manggong District Ngadirejo Sub-district Temanggung Regency were varied. Parents who had narrow-minded perception on sex education considered sex education as merely about intercourse and reproduction; and thus was not appropriate to be given to children. On the other hand, parents who had broadminded perception on sex education considered sex education as something significant to be taught to children since their early age. This perception difference was influenced by parents’ level of education, occupation, and religion knowledge. Besides, the result also indicated that the implementation of sex education on children was not yet comprehensive due to parents’ knowledge on sex education. Moreover, some parents entrusted the provision of sex education on their children to school teacher. Parents didn’t provide their children sex education because they hadn’t comprehend the proper wording to deliver the education, and the environment which had not yet been supportive.
