      Abstract
      The objective of the research is to learn context, input, process, and product evaluation of sholat dhuha (dhuha prayer) and tahfidz Al-Qur‟an (Al- Qur‟an memorization) at SD Muhammadiyah Batur Banjarnegara using CIPP evaluation. The type of the research is evaluative research using mixed method and evaluation model of Stufflebeam and research procedures of context, input, process, product (CIPP). The subjects of the research are 52 students, program facilitator, and school principal. The data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The qualitative data were analysed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistic. The research result indicates (1) Context evaluation indicates good result based on the component of program establishment history, program survey, program establishment meeting, program document, and program socialization. (2) Input evaluation indicates result which is not good enough based on the school preparedness in conducting the program, the appointment of the person in charge of the program, students‟ participation, and the infrastructure of the program. (3) Process evaluation indicates good result based on the components of stakeholder participation in the program arrangement, program materials, program method, program media, and program evaluation system.(4) Product evaluation indicates very good result, program objective achievement indicates that all aspects of spiritual behaviour indicates the score of 83% for male students is lower than the female students‟ with the score of 86%. The entire evaluation using program CIPP model indicates good results.
