      Abstract
      Background: Eyes have important functions that is for see. One way to maintain eyes from disturbances that cause damage to vision is by preventing risk factors, that is to supply Vitamin A toward toddlers below five years old. In other words , infants between 6 months- 59 months old are given Vitamin A ten times at maximum. This Vitamin aims to avoid the risk of pain, therefore a possibility to prevent the vision damage can be executed by preventive and promotive treatment in lessening the numbers of myopia occurence, such as to identify the correlation Between Vitamin A supplies by five years old. This study attemps to reveal the correlation between the supplies of Vitamin A with the occurrence of myopia at Kwadungan, Ngawi Methods: This research was observational analysis using case contro design. The sample of this work were students of the first grade in elementary school in the academic year of 2017/2018 whose vision capabilities are screened by Kwadungan health center on September 2017 to December 2017 fulfilling the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The analysis data was used chi-square test Result: there were 158 respondents, including 6 people with myopia and the rest do not have myopia. There was significant correlation between the supplies of Vitamin A by five years old with the occurence of Myopia (p=0,031,OR:12,16,95%CI 1,850-80,015) Conclusion: There was significant correlation between the supplies of Vitamin A by five years old with the occurence of Myopia
