      Abstract
This study describes the process of internalizing Islamic values carried out by the Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Sleman Regency, a regency regional branch head of the organization, to improve the religiosity of young women. The results of the study show that the process of internalizing Islamic values at PDNA Sleman Regency is carried out in an organizational and individual process. Organizational processes of internalization are the organizing activities or events that contains Islamic values, implementation religious beliefs, and knowledge in daily activities and developing good habits that reflect the Islamic values. Individual processes of internalizing Islamic values are da'wah activities in accordance with the profession and abilities of each individual. The supporting factors of the process of internalization are the synergy of leadership spirit, adequate funding sources, good and sustainable collaboration, competent human resources, and target clarity. Whereas the obstacles are mismanagement of resources and the young women themselves or the parents who antipathy to the process of internalizing Islamic values and do not want to cooperate in the process.
