      Abstract
Early-age marriage is one of the causes of the high divorce rate. For that reason, careful consideration is needed in the decision to be married at an early age. Spiritual intelligence is able to fulfill that need to make the consideration or thinking process become more careful and mature. A mature and careful early-age marriage decision making is a conscious process to select an option from a number of life choice alternatives based on the solid foundation and through the certain thinking and consideration process to decide to do a sacred commitment bond of marriage at a young age. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and mature decision making for early-age marriage. This study uses a quantitative approach to study the subject. The sample in this study was determined using a purposive sampling technique with 85 respondents, both men and women who were married at the age between 16-23, has marriage period at least 6 months, and reside in Batur. The results of the study show that there is no relationship between spiritual intelligence and mature early-age marriage decision-making. There are other factors that are stronger in careful and mature early-age marriage decision makings, such as economic factors and educational factors.
