      Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of musharakah financing (a joint enterprise or partnership structure in Islamic finance in which partners share in the profits and losses of an enterprise) as an X variable on UKM (Small, Medium Businesses) income as variable Y in BMT Sehati. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample took 43 respondents who were musharakah financing customers at BMT Sehati. The sampling technique uses Convenience Sampling technique or commonly known as Incidental Sampling. The research data were analyzed by quantitative methods and to test the hypotheses used inner models or structural testing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained showed that musharakah financing did not have a positive and significant effect on UKM income. The beta coefficient value (Original sample (β)) is -0.570, t-statistic 4.707 or >1.96 or at the level of 5% and p-value 0.000 or > 0.005. The level of the influence of musharakah financing on the income variable of the UKM customers which can be seen in the Adjusted R Square (R2) value for UKM income is 0.324 which means that 32.4% variance of the UKM income is explained or influenced by independent variables namely musharakah financing, and 67.6% variance of UKM income variables explained by other factors.
