      Abstract
Passport strength talks of the level of passport strength possessed by certain citizens who have a passport and determines their acceptance of other countries. The power of a passport can be determined by knowing the number of countries that provide free visa access or visa on arrival to a country. The more access that is owned by a country's passport, the stronger the strength of his passport. In addition, there are several things that affect the passport strength of a country, including: state stability, population, GDP per capita, trade, education and health. In October 2018, the strength of ix Indonesian passports is ranked 72 in the world and is stronger than India. This thesis aims to analyze why the strength of Indonesian passports is stronger compared to India. This thesis finds that the strength of Indonesian passports is stronger compared to Indian passports due to stability, population, and per capita and health in Indonesia is better compared to India.
