This research was narrate about a movement resistance of Paguyuban Petani Lahan Pantai Kulon Progo do rejection about iron sand mining in Kulon Progo. Group of coastal land move to do social movement as form against from farmers to reject mining by PT Jogja Magasa Iron belongs to Keraton Yogyakarta family’s. Purpose this research is for knowing dinamics movement against of Paguyuban Petani Lahan Pantai Kulon Progo toward Pakualaman Ground claim on 2016-2018, politics strategy of PPLP-KP to respons Pakualaman Ground claim until how perception PPLP-KP about Pakualaman Graound claim. This research was conducted with a ethnography method of with data aggregation method in the from of chat, observer partisipant and deep interview, and supported by relevan document. Source of Primary data is Widodo, one of member PPLP-KP. Results of this research was that Paguyuban Petani Lahan Pantai Kulon Progo including category that is social movement, agrarian reform movement and daily politics like plant and not care about politics. Identify PPLP-KP as social movement need some indicator:collective challenge, commong goals, collective solidarity and maintain political resistance. Identify PPLP-KP as agrarian reform movement based on purpose of PPLP-KP is reject mining and reclaim land from Pakualaman Ground claim too. Shape against of PPLP-KP for last two years that is: (1) planting, planting is a from of resistance that is still carried out consistently as the existence of a movement. (2) celebrate daoy or birth PPLP-KP every year. This form of resistance selected as symbol that PPLP-KP still exist and against until now. (3) do religious activities as resistance oriented towards God. (4) solidarity to other organization. PPLP-KP relizes that the strenght of resistance must be accompanied by many people, therefore member of PPLP-Kp are many solidarity in other irganizations, for example rejection the construction of the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA).
