      Abstract
      This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, leadership style, and work environment on the performance of employees of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri. The subjects in this study were employees at BUMDes Tirta Mandiri. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as an instrument for primary data collection. In this study a sample of 50 people were all made as respondents. To measure the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, leadership style, and work environment on the performance of employees of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri, multiple regression analysis was used. The result showed that compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment had a positive influence on employee performance at BUMDes Tirta Mandiri, while leadership style had a negative influence on employee performance. The results also show that around 63,9 % of the performance of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri employees can be explained by variables of compensation, job satisfaction, leadership style, and work environment. While the remaining 36,1 % is influenced by other variables not examined.
