Framework convention on tobacco control (FCTC) by World Health Organization (WHO) has been running for more than a decade and has been ratified by more than 180 countries, as well as Malaysia in the Southeast Asia under Malaysia's ministry of health at that time ratified the FCTC convention, until now in 2018 the FCTC convention has been implemented, from that time period the technical implementation into Malaysian state law has been going on for almost two decades, because we will see the strategy of the FCTC in the effectiveness of reducing tobacco consumption in Malaysia.
