This thesis will explain the role of the BRICS in helping revitalize relations China and India relations in 2017. China and India are the countries that have the most conflict experienced since the 1950s until the end of 2017. For rebuild bilateral relations between two countries, China and India join the economic association BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) that emerged after the global economic crisis in 21st century. BRICS established the New Development Bank, BRICS Think Tank Forum, and BRICS Bussines Council which will assist member countries in infrastructure development and economic growth that makes China India can override border conflict and more focus on cooperation that has benefits for each other country.
