      Abstract
Snellen chart is a tool for measuring the sharp vision of a person. Snellen chart consists of a series of black capital letters on the white board arranged in rows. It is commonly used in many hospitals currently in the form of posters, where this shape is still less efficient in its use because to show the letters on the snellen board is still done manually. Therefore, the authors innovate to create an electronic snellen chart tool that is more efficient and practical in use. The control device used is an applicatian on mobile phone that is connected via bluetooth, by utilizing the LED as a lighting while showing the letters on the snellen chart. This will facilitate the doctor in conducting the examination, showing the letter by pressing the button on the phone so that it can install a trial lens without having to spend time to return to the snellen board to show the letters. The testing methods used in this study were by testing the bluetooth connection and the questionnaire testing method to test the feasibility of a tool as much as 7 questions. The result of tool feasibility testing with the questionnaire method has an 82.8% and accuracy of a bluetooth connection with 20 times test is 100%. The poll shows that the tool is suitable and feasible to uses as well as the application is easy to install.
