This study aims to analyze the effect of Opinion Going Concern on Market Value and Loan Rate moderated by Good Corporate Governance in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The subjects in this study were all Manufacturing Companies that received going concern opinion during 2013-2017. In this study a sample of 31 financial statements were selected using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that going concern opinion has significant negative effect on market value and loan rate, while going concern opinion moderated by good corporate governance has a negative but not significant impact on market value and loan rate.
