      Abstract
In the analysis of epilepsy, a definitive diagnosis is needed with a tool such as an EEG (electroencephalography) that can read abnormal wave activity in the brain. But EEG cannot stand alone in diagnosing epilepsy, it needs tools that can generate abnormal waves of epilepsy sufferers, these abnormal waves can be stimulated by the way patients see flashes of light with a certain frequency. The making of this module is expected to generate abnormal brain waves so that the diagnosis of epilepsy with EEG can be maximized. The light flashes on this module are generated from 20 watts of high-power LED emitting diode which is switched by the IC (integrated circuit) atmega 328 so that flashes can live and die with a certain frequency value. The result of data measurement is to compare the frequency produced by the device with the frequency set. The percentage of error in this tool is 0.6%, so this tool is worth using because the percentage of error is below 10%.
