      Abstract
      ANALYSIS OF INCOME AND VALUE ADDED OF KARANGSARI SWEET STARFRUIT AGROINDUSTRY IN BLITAR CITY. 2019. SELLY KAIFIATUL GRESNADELLA (Thesis guided by Francy Risvansunna F, SP. MP and Ir. Eni Istiyanti, MP) The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine the cost, receipt and income of Belimbing Manis Agroindustry in Karangsari, Blitar City. 2) to determine the value added of starfruit processing in the Karangsari Belimbing Manis Agroindustry, Blitar City. This research was conducted from February 2019 to May 2019. The data collection technique was direct interviews using questionnaires. Respondents in this study were Agroindustry which processed starfruit in Karangsari, Blitar City. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The results showed that Cemarasari Agroindustry spent the highest cost of Rp. 4.048.844 and obtain the highest income of Rp. Rp. 4.590.583 for one month of production, then Vitasari Agroindustry with a total cost of Rp. 1.761.341 and income of Rp. 2.199.115. Mekarsari Agroindustry costs the least for the production process, which is Rp. 1.076.426 and the lowest income is Rp. 1.023.161. The highest added value is dodol Rp. 50.496. then star fruit jam Rp. 20.311, then candied star fruit is Rp. 25,794, chips amounting to Rp. 14.962 and the last is fruit juice with the smallest added value of Rp. 6.356 for every 1 kg of raw material.
